Step 1: Create Account and Login
To review our courses, you will first need to create an account and log in. Simply click the “Apply Online Now” or “Register Now”button and register using a valid email address. Once your registration is complete, your Login details will be sent to the email address provided.
Step 2: Explore Our Programs
Begin by reviewing our available courses and training levels, from beginner to advanced professional programs. Each course page provides details on:
- Course overview and objectives
- Duration and learning format
- Entry requirements
- Certification and career pathways
Choose the program that best aligns with your career goals and experience level.
Generally our programs are divided into two; Core Programs and Master Classes.
Step 3: Check Entry Requirements
Before applying, ensure you meet the minimum entry requirements for your chosen course. These may include:
- Basic education qualifications
- Interest or background in events or creative arts
- Access to a device and internet for online learning
Some advanced programs may require prior training or relevant industry experience. Please note that entry-level requirements for different programs will be assessed before certification is awarded.

Step 7: Enter Billing Details

Ensure all details are accurate before submission.
Step 8: Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred payment option and complete the payment process. (Mobile Money, or preferred credit card).
Step 9: Confirmation
After successful payment :
- You will receive an email confirming your enrollement
- Access details for the learning platform will be shared
- You will be onboarded into your class groups and student communication channels within 2 days
You are now officially our student.
Step 10: Begin Your Learning Journey
Login to access your dashboard.
Classes will commence as per the schedule. As a student, you will benefit from:

- Opportunities to work on live Billion Events East Africa projects
